Alternatively, Madrid has plenty of hotels for all budgets but as it is a popular tourist destination, delegates should book accommodation as soon as possible.
Complimentary tea/coffee will be served during the coffee breaks every day. Lunch will be provided on Thursday 27th April only.
Vegetarian menu or other special diets can be requested. Please, remember to include any dietary requests you might need at the time of registration.
The reception will take place on Thursday 26th April, from 20.00 - 23.00. It will be hosted by Instituto Cervantes.
This will include drinks and a hot buffet dinner and will be free of charge for registered delegates. Delegate badges must be displayed when entering the venue of the reception.

By plane: Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas Airport is very well connected to the city centre by several means of transport.
Underground: Metro de Madrid is conveniently accessible from any of the 4 airport terminals using the two stations located at the airport: Aeropuerto T1-T2-T3 and Aeropuerto T4, both on line . The opening hours are from 6:00am. to 1:30 a.m.
Fares to city centre: around 4-5 € (depending on the type of ticket purchased).
The closest metro stations for the venue hotel are O’Donnell (line 6 ) at 2 minutes and Goya (line 2 and line 4 ) at 5 minutes
